Teddy is an all around great cat, and we have no idea on why he was surrendered to the local shelter. He's laid back and friendly, but doesn't need to be with you at all times.
He would make a great companion to a school-age child or family (laid back companion without a lot of upkeep), or older person-- I don't think he would get under foot, and would love someone who was around to spend time with. He never uses his claws on anything, and they are very hard to find on his feet.
He is now living with cats and a small dog. He gets along with everyone. Has the typical laid-back Maine Coon personality.
He is much more beautiful in person, so apply for him now!
