Sara was adopted from the SPCA when she was 9 yrs. old, after her owner died. She bonded with the adopter's mother was living in the same household. Unfortunately, this person also died, leaving Sara depressed and going outside her box. She was then put outside. She is now safe in in foster care. She is thin and needs to get some weight back on.
She is a very loving cat that wants a lot of attention. She handles baths and nail clipping with no problems. She has never scratched anyone in our home and would love nothing better than to sit on your lap all day and purr.

Special Needs: She has been in two homes where she loved someone who died. She became upset and started peeing and pooping in spots where the person who died slept. Before the death she was perfectly fine using a litter box and would use a cat door and go outside.
