Loretta is lovingly called "our little pygmy" as she is a petite thing. Her coat is exquisitely soft--rabbit-like-- and is easy to maintain.  She is shy at first, but warms up pretty quickly and loves attention.  She likes to have a little place where she can go into and still watch the birds.  She likes other cats too and would probably do best in a home with other cat-friendly felines.  She uses her litterbox faithfully and has no known bad habits or health issues at all. 

She would do best in a quieter household and/or with an older person as she doesn't get underfoot and is not overly active, nor does she require a lot of upkeep in her coat.  She does not play rough--in fact, she is very, very gentle.  Also, being a petite girl, she has all the Maine Coon traits--silky fur, plume tail, but does not have the weight typical of the big Maine Coons.  I'd love to tell you more or answer any questions you might have!
